Our employees are committed and motivated to achieve, and we want to properly honor the achievements of each individual: each SOLON employee - from production employees to the members of the management board – receives a variable portion of payment in addition to their fixed compensation. Personal performance is assessed according to comparable, transparent and objective criteria.
In addition, all employees receive an annual profit bonus of an equal amount – regardless of their location or individual job. This dividend is based on key figures for the company that are published at the beginning of each year and are correspondingly evaluated at the end of the year. We intentionally specify company-wide key figures for this, since our interest is not in the achievements of separate business areas, but rather in our overall success as a global company.
