Carmignano di Brenta, May 27th 2015. The new opening of the Photovoltaic Laboratory in Poznan at the Poznan Science and Technology Park, in the presence of the mayor of the city and the Italian ambassador to Poland, marks yet another milestone for the Polish PV market.
Solon S.p.A. was actively involved in the development and realization of the project providing 40kWp of its products SOLfixx and SOLbond.
One of the two module types installed, SOLON Solfixx+, is a very innovative flat roof system with integrated power optimizers for use on partially shaded roof areas.
The Photovoltaic Laboratory is the ninth laboratory situated in the heart of Poznan and it will help apply the latest science achievements to the business and consumer needs.
Founded in 1995 the Poznan Science and Technology Park has attracted 8 other science facilities so far.
The PV Laboratory will be used mostly for research and technological projects.
