SOLON Development Services guarantees that SOLON projects are complete project asset packages. Our staff of land development professionals has decades of experience in real estate, site development and specifically solar energy projects.
Our Development Services team conducts site selection, assembles finance-ready professional due diligence packages for all of SOLON’s real estate interests, and meticulously obtains the myriad of necessary permits, permissions and approvals from federal, state and local authorities necessary for each project.
Development Services provides critical risk assessment for SOLON’s distributed generation projects, especially ground-mounted distributed generation projects. The team evaluates existing land entitlements and easements, ground lease/building owner relationships, neighboring land use compatibility, acquisition of solar easements and other services unique to solar projects in addition to utility scale greenfield construction.
